About QuickFast Apostille

What we are

QuickFast Apostille is a document-processing service run by a licensed, commissioned Kansas notary public in Wichita. We take US documents, get them apostilled or legalized for use abroad, and mail them back. We do this for clients in all 50 states because the document goes to the state that issued it, and neither you nor we have to be there for that to happen.

We started this because the apostille business has a habit of hiding its prices and overpromising on speed. We publish our prices on the pricing page, and we tell you honestly what a state can and cannot do on a deadline. That is most of what makes us different.

What we are not

We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We can tell you what a Secretary of State will and will not accept, because we deal with them every week. We cannot tell you whether a document will satisfy a particular foreign court, university, or employer; only they can. If you are unsure what the receiving party needs, ask them for it in writing, and send us that.

We are not a walk-in notary at this address. See below.
